Toronto public library ebooks kindle

I'm using version 6. Did you try with book from Toronto Public Library? The title is Outline by Rachel Cusk. However, I don't know when the book came into the library. Maybe newer books have a different DRM scheme. I couldn't experiment with the same book. Go figure! Any instructions on how to do this?
