So it's not really a Plug N Play device. So I experimented with dell drivers. They are also Widcomm, but version 6, so compatible with Vista. And my Kensington works perfectly. Also, I was wondering - is it legal for me to use the driver created for Dell BT to use it on Kensington?
It works and everything is great, however are there any restrictions on Widcomm stack? Understand however that I purchased Kensington from Dell Web-site or basically swapped the cards as a warranty service , so Dell still has to support my BT card. What do you think?

If anyone has similar problem with on Vista, and card is not compatible with your Windows version I tried before and it didn;t support all features in Vista - it's great in XP though , then call techical support, or better a Customer Service they are more cooperative and nice and ask for a different warranty replacement - to swap it with external USB BT card.
I don;t feel OK using Dell Drivers. And as this device Works with Vista, then I assume they have to start working on their support!!! Thank you, Dell, for helping me get rid of card and for cooperating on the issue. Although many people say Tech Support is awful - yes, it's not perfect Dell was still nice to resolve my issue and end my misery by swapping the cards! I can not say I have seen a lot of customers experiencing issues with the , but I have seen enough similar symptoms to think there is a problem.
As far as I am aware, there are new drivers in development for the card, but there is no current ETA on a release date. You can use any driver you like to control the card. If the file is posted for a free download, then you can use it for pretty much whatever you like. In your case, you purchased the with your system and are the legal owner of the Kensington card as well, so you can do pretty much whatever you want with either card or driver package.
